I'm huuuuge Federer's fan, but I must say the more I'm getting old, the more I'm impressed with Nadal. He is THE STRONGEST MENTALLY ever, period. That final against Medvedev in Australian Open 2022... Also from my (female) perspective, he has waited for such a long time to have children (unlike Federer, Djoković and Murray- they became fathers during their prime, leaving their wives at home with newborns). I appreciate also the fact, he never broke any tennis racket. Nadal has a lot of fans in Poland (Iga Świątek is his biggest fan).

RG and Olympics is potentially in the bag already. Limiting the Calendar should be the priority. Should be Clay the most he must play, Clay that surface absorbs the shock it don't go back to the knees and joints. It doesn't hurt the body playing on Clay, it's also slow. Rafa can dominate till 45-46 on Clay cause it's slow and it won't hurt the body like Hardcourts potentially winning 20-22 RGs and 33-35 Clay Masters. Hardcourts knees and joints it hurts it absorbs shock so it's done the at 35-36 very rare success to zero at 37&38.

Clay has longevity upside than other surfaces but no one is strong before Rafa to maintain the level and benefit the longevity. Rafa is very strong player on Clay to benefit the longevity, he can maintain the level but he has to focus more there.

If rafa is 100 percent watch out 2024 it could be a hell of a ride but for me he dont have to prove anything cause i have seen it all but for a new kid it will it will be amazing to see that forhand down the line best shot in tennis
